Wang Zhiyu has quit his job for nearly a week, and when I saw him today, through his pale complexion I can see the tiredness(or weariness) in his dull eyes.
These days he must be tortured by his quiting of the job just because someone's supplantation and dissatisfaction with him. Wang is an excellent manager as well as a good worker, but his leader is such a foolish boss that didn't know anything except endless talking and emphases on trivial things. As Wang said, his boss is just an old classmate of the head boss and without any exceptional ability. However, Wang has a lot of ideas and creativities that can't be represented under the control of this stupid boss. One old expression in Chinese said that: there's no place for a hero. In addition to other's supplanation, so he choose to quit.
